       Jiangsu Donghua Futures Broker Co., Ltd. (JSDH), which was founded in 1993 with 50 million RMB registered capital, is a large future company，approved by CSRC, qualified to engage in brokerage and proprietary trading of futures. The Company operates its businesses through futures brokerage, which is also the first pilot futures company in Jiangsu Province. Being as one of the legal members of Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange and China Financial Futures Exchange, JSDH does not only deputize clients for all the trading products marketed in China, but also provides them professional and comprehensive services in settlement, delivery, consult, training and information . JSDH locates its headquarter in Nanjing, as well as set up 7 branches respectively in Shanghai，Dalian，Zhengzhou，Zhangjiagang, Suzhou，Taizhou and Wuxi.

JSDH, now, has five market systems and two trading systems. Our customers could not only complete transaction through any way of telephone, mobile phone, counter or Internet., but also could choose from five appointed banks for money transfer. Since the real-time networking with four national futures Exchange has been achieved, prompt services in transaction and settlement were contributed to our customers. Furthermore, JSDH enforced the highest standards in electronic environment fitting by collocating host server in the exclusive building of Shanghai Futures Exchange-Futures Information Technology Company.
